What is the BFC Denomination?

Bible Fellowship Church is . . .
a community of those who share common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Individually we believe He died on the cross to take the punishment we deserve for our sins, and we trust Christ alone for forgiveness.

We realize both faith and forgiveness are gifts given freely by God to His people.

We Believe . . .

The BIBLE is the true Word of God - the final and only authority for what we believe and how we live.

Our FELLOWSHIP is based on the work of God in our lives - bringing us into a relationship with Him as Father, Jesus as Savior, and the Holy Spirit as Teacher and Guide. As spiritual brothers and sisters, we desire to interact with each other in loving, caring, listening and giving manner.

The CHURCH is a gathering of God's people. It is established by God and functions under Christ's leadership as revealed in the New Testament. The pastor and other elders provide guidance for the local congregation.

Bible Fellowship Church (BFC) Worships, Teaches, and Evangelizes . . .

Worship includes preaching from God's Word, praying, singing hymns and spiritual songs, and sharing the Lord's Supper.

Teaching offers age-appropriate Christian education and biblical training for the whole family. Pastoral care and counsel promote spiritual growth.

Evangelism is a commitment of the church. We communicate the Gospel - the Good News of salvation through Christ - to our neighbors and communities, to our nation and the world.
