Q: What in the world is Oneighty? A) The number of times your best friend can burp his name in a row. B) Your score on your IQ test. Congratulations, you're a super genius. C) A new soft drink that makes you instantly cool when you drink it. D) The Jr / Sr high youth ministry at Faith Bible Fellowship Church.

	Q: Is Oneighty just a cool name, or does it mean something? A: Of course Oneighty means something. You didn't think we would just pick any old name to represent our youth group did you? I'm sure you already know that a one hundred and eighty degree turn signifies a complete or total change in direction. Well, we believe that this is a very accurate picture of what Jesus Christ accomplishes in our lives. Our human nature applauds and promotes the idea that every individual must seek to fulfill their own interests and agendas above all else. We are preoccupied by the selfish cry of a life lived solely to satisfy the "me, myself and I" nature that rules our hearts. So, what's the solution? Christ is our Oneighty. "Me, myself and I" have been crucified with Christ. In Christ we die to the life we used to live, and we now live for Christ. Christ brings about a total change of direction in our lives. (Galatians 2:20, 2 Corinthians 5:15)
Q: What is Oneighty all about? A: It's all about encouraging Jr / Sr high students to experience life change through an exciting, life-long relationship with Jesus Christ.
Q: What happens at Oneighty? A: We celebrate God's presence by worshipping Him. A: We strive to follow Christ's example by knowing and obeying His Word. A: We identify with each other by sharing our lives with each other and having fun together. A: We demonstrate Christ's love to others through service. A: We share God's plan through evangelism.
